Tom-yum-kung
Ingredients
- Shrimps 3 pieces
- Galangal cut into oval 5 pieces
- Lemon grass crushed, cut into 2 inches length 2 pieces
- Red-Green bird-shit chili, crushed 5 pieces
- Kaffir lime leave torn coarsely 5 leaves
- Plum tomato cut half 1 pieces
- Champignon mushroom cut half 6 leaves
- Lemon juice 1 pieces
- Fish sauce 2 tablespoons
- Milk ½ cup
- Black shrimp paste 1 tablespoons
- Clear soup 2 cups
- Cilantro leaves for sprinkle
Directions
1. Boil clear soup, add galangal, lemon grass. Heat just to boil, add shrimp.
2. Add mushroom, plum tomato. Season with black shrimp paste, fish sauce, lemon
juice
3. Add milk, bird-shit chili, add kaffir lime leave. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves.

I like Tom-yum-kung
There are many foods in the world. I think that everybody have their favourite food. My favourite food is Tom-yum-kung. I very like Tom-yum-kung because Tom-yum-kung have tastes such as sour, salty and spicy which it easily to cook. The important Tom-yum-kung is famous food in Thailand.
